Hit L+R 3 times (rapidly) at the character select screen right before pressing ''A'' to select.
Speedometer appears in the lower right.
Hit X button five times
Disable the marks at your passenger's destination
Hold L+Start before the character selection screen appears
Disables the arrows that point to your destination
Hold R+Start before the character selection screen appears
Normal behind car view
Press A on the port 3 controller
When the Driver Select screen appears, you will see Expert down in the lower left corner of the screen. No Arrows, and no Destination Marks are provided.
Press and hold L Trigger + R Trigger + Start
First-Person mode
Press B on the port 3 controller.
'Another Day' will appear at the bottom-left of the screen. This mode will change a few things in the game, including your starting point and new fare locations.
Press the R button at the character selection screen and then press R a second time and hold it down while you select your cabby.
Press Y on the port 3 controller.

You must have a secondary Standard Controller plugged into Port C with the Rally Wheel or Standard Controller being in Port A to do these codes.

Start at a different location
When selecting your driver, while he/she is talking, press the button that activates your horn, so then there should be text that says another day in the bottom-left corner.
