During gameplay, press, the control pad in any direction.

Easy Victories
During a game, pause and go to the Controller Select option. Move your controller under the other teams flag. Unpause and return to the game. While as the other team, kick the ball into your new goal. Just switch back to your team before the final whistle blows.
