On the title screen, press and hold Down, Start, and B for 5 seconds. If done correctly, access to the Sound Test will be opened up.

Easy Creator kill
The last boss of the game has a weakness you can exploit!! In the fourth world, you can buy a weapon called SAW. Normally, this weapon is not effective against any enemy but against the Creator, it will work! Since he does nothing for the first few turns you can easily defeat him before he even attacks!
