Enter the nickname HORZA on the personal info screen. This gives you several options in the game, press the following keys to activate the corresponding cheat:
Shift + C - Get $50,000 Alt + Z - All Rides Available Ctrl + Z - All Shops Available Shift + Z - All Facilities Available

Enter DEMO as your nickname and you'll get a really great park with only a few small problems to solve.

Make the people you hired go back to work when they're striking, without paying them.
When your hired people go on a strike, they will be outside the park demonstrating. To get them back to work without paying them, simply pick them up and place them anywhere in your park.
