Beat 1st 15 missions on any difficulty except Initiate.
Veteran difficulty
Beat 1st 15 missions on Graduate. Go to "Start Game" and past the cheat menu it will ask for your difficulty level. Pick Veteran to start playing.
Cheat menu (unlimited health and ammo, mission select)
Beat 1st 15 missions on Graduate. Go to "Start Game" to activate cheat menu and play any mission with cheats.

Enter Locked Doors Without Finding the Switch
On all the missions, there are doors/gates that needs a switch deactivated before you may enter. Whn you reach one of those doors, press and hold L,R, SELECT, and B for two seconds. You should hear a "Trust No One" voice in the backround and the colour of the screen should turn black and white for a second. You may now enter.
