Free vehicle repair and rearming |
| At any time during the game when you have a vehicle that needs repairing or more ammo you can get both for free by doing a mission and canceling the contract. All you need to do is park the vehicle in the base where the mission is, accept the contract, and then cancel the contract. You’ll get the retry screen, select no, and then your vehicle is fully repaired and rearmed without losing money. You can then do the same mission at a later time. |

Make the most of side missions |
| The first side missions "$" you come across are really simple"Can you get from Camp X to Camp Y in under 2 minutes?" You can pass these easily with lots of extra time, BUT DON'T. These missions do not disappear when completed. They allow you compete against your previous time for the same $5000 prize. So if you let the clock run till its been 1:55 before completing and then come back and do it in 1:50 then 1:45 you will net yourself alot more money.This train of thought works for other missions too. There is a side mission where you push a barrel over 50m, but you can keep trying so ideally you would push it 50, 51,52,53,54 to the limit. |

Easy Way to Raise Friendly Mafia Relations |
| At any time if your relations with the Russian Mob are not at the maximum, just steal the $ marked Mafia truck that's right next to the Mafia Chop Shop Garages in both of the cities and drive it into their garage.While it doesn't give you money like other vehicles because it's one of their own cars, you still get the respect bonus, so you can just quickly repeat the process to quickly raise your mafia relations. |

| Go into the Merchant of Menace and select a vehicle or supply drop that you want. You have to toss out the beacon and before the beacon hits the ground, go back into the Merchant of Menace and select ANY other item.When you return to the game and the first beacon lands, you will not be charged for the item even though it is still delivered to you. |

This is the cloning city from Star Wars Episode 2, and also a level in the Pandemic and Lucasarts' game Star Wars: Battlefront. |

Keep the helicopter you obtain in the 'Gimme my money' [Mafia] mission |
After you land the helicopter in the mafia garage, you must get out of it to complete the mission. Right after you get paid the helicopter disappears.
To retain the helicopter, right after you get out, quickly get back in before everything slows down. You'll still be able to keep the helicopter if you go inside a faction's HQ and accept the mission.
Take note though, whenever you finish a mission, you must go inside the helicopter before everything slows down and you get paid. Otherwise, it'll disappear, since you arent allowed to 'keep' it in the first place. |

Change the price of items in the Merchant of Menace shop |
| The prices of items on the Merchant of Menace PDA shop can be changed by changing your relationship with the Mafia Faction. Should the Mafia become "Hostile" to you, you must pay them a fee in order to use the Merchant of Menace on your PDA. The higher your relationship with the Mafia, the cheaper the items are. Since Sergei runs the Merchant of Menace website, he'll give you a discount on everything for being his friend. If you buy something for $30,000 while "Neutral" with the Mafia, it may drop a few thousand dollars when you bring your relationship up to "Friendly." Should you make the Mafia "Unfriendly" to you, the price may rise a few thousand dollars. Basically, keep in the good graces of the Mafia and you'll save yourself some money. |

How to survive when falling from any height. |
| If you wish your player to survive instead of going splat when He/She hits the ground, All you need to do is pause the game when the player is about 20ft from the ground then press X (to continue) then immediately press start to pause the game again, keep quickly pausing and un-pausing the game until the player has landed and has almost stood up again. If done correctly not only will the player survive but He/She will not be injured from the fall. |

Turn off the radar permanently |
| If you hijack a jamming vehicle such as the K200 Surveillance or the NK Control and sell it to the Russian Mafia chop shop garage, it will cause the entire map to become permanently jammed until you load a new game. |
