When you are adding skill points, you can redistribute existing skill points in the Medic and Psionic skills by pressing the left button to remove them.For example: Sapphire comes with 2 existing Medic skill points, which you can take away and place in another category.However, if the skill points are placed in the other categories then it will stay there permanently.
