Jak and Daxter: The Percursor's Legacy, released in 2001, was a great platforming experience for PlayStation 2 owners. And it's apparent Naughty Dog aimed to top their original efforts, and I must say, they succeeded with flying colours.
Jak II: Renegade, the second in the series, places you in a typical urban scar, as you find yourself fighting for the freedom of Haven City, as you wrestle the power struggle with Baron Praxis, your new arch nemesis. And with your rodent friend, Daxter backing you up once more, it's easy to see that this game is bound to be successful, as then begin your quest to free the city.
This game features several new revamps in the engine, but those you will wait until you play it, to be uncovered. It's easy to tell that Naughty Dog worked extremely hard to create a crater in the gaming community's face, as this game stunned millions, and is still doing so to this day.
