This is game is just so wonderful. You will never get so attached to the characters as much as you did in this game. The lead character Alex and a girl from his town Luna go on a journey a long way from home to sell a diamond they found from a cave near home with a dying dragon. His friend Ramus decides to open up a store 25% through the game as you meet new friends and foes.
The story in this game is better then any other I have ever played. You will know the characters and there different personallities... espicially Kyle and the dreaded Ghaleon. Each cutscene is fully animated and absoulutely wonderful to fill you in on whatever is going on. Oh and Luna's boat song will make you cry.
The gameplay in this game is great. It doesn't quite match Final Fantasy games here but you won't care. Each character has there own type of weapons and own special moves. Alex has magical sword attacks, Luna sings songs, Nash and Mia use magic and so on... The game overall isn't hard but puts up a good challenge, you won't be able to fly right through it.
The songs are terrefic and the in game music and sounds are pretty good. The voice overs are dead on. The graphics are 2D and are about as good as the old FF games like FFV and FFVI.
The controls in the RPG are always good and never bother you... well one game with camera turning gave me a headache but thank god it's not in here to ruin one of my favorite and of my 5 10's I ever rated.
