Weapons: 10, same great weapons from UT 2003 + some cool new ones + a couple from the original Unreal Tournament = a great selection.
Innovation: 10, the addition of vechicles was a great innovation that works very well (and hey, if you don't like 'em you don't have to use them). Also, invasion mode in which the Players team up against a horde of monsters adds a great co-op element to the game. But the greatest addition to this game is Onslaught mode, it allows the player to use all of the game's vechicals as well as a great objective system that can allow games to last for indefinate periods of time.
Sound: 9, The music and sound effects leave little to be desired but ocasionally their are some sound glitches, (nothing too serious though).
Graphics: 10, The game looks amazing models and environemts and uses the processing ability that it demands very well.
Control: 10, The controls in the Unreal games have always been tight, and this game is no exception, weither on foot or mounted in a vechical or turret, the control scheme is excellent.
Other: Although the game comes on a wopping 6-cds, if you have a little extra money ($20) you can go onto ebay and buy the limited edition of UT 2004 which comes on a single DVD and includes another DVD with hours of hints from the level designers as well as a costom headset for online play.
