Breed is one of those games that should be good, but just isn't. It features above average graphics, driveable vehicles (and some flying ones!), huge levels that load in one go, lots of over-powered weapons and hordes of enemies. Strangely enough it still isn't fun to play. The entire game feels soulless and empty. There's nothing driving you on to kill the next enemy and find the next checkpoint on the map. The story never manages to catch your interest which means you're basically just running around killing things with no purpose. Unless you're collecting every FPS known to man, this is one game to steer clear of.
