I just rented Red Dead rvolver for PS2 but I wanted it for Xbox. The library did't have any xbox copies so i got the PS2 version. This game looked amazing in the commercials and the screenshots. But the game was not what I had anticipated of it. It turned out to be SO boring.For the fans who think Grand Theft Auto rocks (which it does), don't excpect Red Dead to be like GTA just because it is made by Rockstar games. The story is really about how a man wants to get revenge on people who killed his family. But in the beginning of the video game, the video game was HORRIBLE, I was about to turn it off. It was so boring. In the beginning, you have to kill some people but for know reason, (maybe it is because me and my friend skiped the movie part). Later, the game showed much more appeal and was much more enjoyeable. At the beginning you may not understand what you have to do or what this or that means, but you will pick up. If you are a person who heard this game was easy, it is kind of. But, the first boss pigjosh is not a walk through the park. He is said to be the most challenging you will ever have to face the entire game, but you have someone to help you, but he doesn't do much. One thing I don't like about the game is the controls. For PS2, you have to hold down L1 to hold your gun and use R1 to shoot. But you can hold every gun you have. I bet the controls for Xbox are wierd as well but I dunno. The game can get annoying at some parts and be boring, but overall it is pretty good. It is not as good as other Rockstar games like GTA or Max Payne. Out of 10, I would give it an 8. I reccomend this game.
