Concept- You are hired by the mafia after a friend helps you escape jail.
Graphics- The graphics have been updated from the PS version, they look very good.
Sound- The custom soundtrack feature has been added. I like Vice City's radio better.
Controls- The controls are o so very simple.
Replay Value- High
GTA 3 is one of the best games ever made. The story is awsome. There are so many twists and turns you dont know what to expect.
You are put in a New York City area that is known as Liberty City. There are many actors who lend their voice to this game. If they were in a mob movie they're probablly featrued in here somewhere. There is even a radio station dedicated to music from the movie Scarface.
The one thing i didnt like about this game was that your character doesnt talk. In Vice City he's a smart ass, but in this game you don't talk at all. You are just a little errand boy who does people's dirty worl.
GTA 3's graphics have been reworked to. The characters no longer have stumps for hands. They actually have reall fingers. I give this game a 10/10.
Grand Theft Auto Vice City
Concept- After bewing released from prison the family send you down to Vice where thinfs go wrong.
Graphics- Very nice textures.
Sound- This game has the best soundtrack ever.
Controls- Very simple just like GTA3

GTA3 was a awsome game, it made 3 hours feel like three minutes. Here comes VC. An even better game than GTA 3 and with out adoubt better that Halo 2 in many ways.
When a drug deal goes bad you play Tommy Vercetti, who is a stranger to Vice and is willing to do anything to get the money back. He soons however takes over the entire city. This game really takes off from Scarface. For example once you get the huge house your office is the exact same as in the movie.
The soundtrack is awsome. From MJ to Twisted Sister you can pick which ever suits you. I give this game a 10/10
