Hats off to EA trying to bring a 007 game to the GBA that wasn't a FPS. This game plays just like Max Payne did on the GBA, only 007 moves very slow. I dont quite get why but he does. I was a big fan of the console version so I thought that I definatley had to give this one a try. The levels are not as fun and exciting as the console version because they have been cut down to small two minute levels. Like the opening level from the console version has been cut out, and the level where the building is blowing up, all you do is repel down the building and the level is over. My next complaint is the stealth and drving missions, which both come in during the second level. YOu see there are stlye points which are live experience points and you get those from preforming stealth kills. There is one part in this level where you sneak around and take cover behind pillars. One problem is because of the camera and your hiding on the other side of a pilar waiting to do a stealth kill you cant see what is going on on the other side of the pillar. Next the drving levels. THe drving is simple changing lanes while dodgeing back guys. I sure wish I knew which cars were the bad guys, and when that isn't enough, instead of having an auto target like in the on-foot missions they give you this really hard to control targeting reticule and you launch rockets into nothingness until you get it down right. The graphics, sound and overall controls are ok,but this game just isn't all it could be. I know I say that about a lot of GBA titles butits true. I give this game a 7/10.
