Red Orchestra was a mod for Unreal Tournament 2004. At first it was a free game and now it is not. I always hated the original simply because it was just so boring, the practice mode sucked because the AI was terrible, and the online multiplayer just was never that much fun since it is the exact same concept as Day of Defeat. Now it is available on Steam, and now people are paying for it. When I saw that Steam was having a free five-day trial I decided to check it out and see if the game was now worth playing. Well the graphics have been updated but it is still not worth playing especially looking at its price compared to that of Day of Defeat.
The game is terrible in almost every aspect besides the graphics. I wish I could be doing a video review so I could show you how uneventful this game is. The game still looks like Unreal with the menus so why they didn't just leave it as a free mod is beyond me. This game costs 25 dollars and I would not pay two dollars and fifty cents for it.
