I found this game for an amazing $3 new. I like FPS on PC a lot, so I went for it. I wasn't expecting much, honestly. Boy, was I surprised. what I found was a very interesting, FUN, and remarkably different FPS.
The element that stuck out the most for me,was how the developers managed to make it feel exactly like you were the Commando in the C&C games. I was really impressed by this. Also, it feels as though you aree not "alone" and waging a one-man-war, like in most games in the genre. No, planes and choppers fly overhead, sea battles rage, all w/little or no involvement from you. Don't get me wrong, there's almost non-stop action, it's just that is not the only action on this battlefield.
The A.I. isn't the smartest in the world, but it works. The graphics are not thr [rettiest around, but they are nice and clean, and the sound isn't going to make a lasting impression, but it is suitable. Guess where this is leading....All in all, a very solid game. No major flaws, just a solid game.
The online component is not reviewed as I cannot get it to "work".
