If you're anything like me, you'll gladly ignore the visual glitches, pop-in, cars stuck into buildings and you'll have a great time.
I went through this game about 3 times (i never do that)and haven't found everything yet. I'll admit that the game seems small now that i know every little alley, but it takes a while to discover everything. The story is fun, the missions are varied, you can just go around and do whatever you want.
I've played this game so much and now i'll get the sequel, that type of gameplay is addictive, fun, and the replay value is excellent.
It's not a very hard game to beat, except the last mission, though.
