Civilization 3 is a huge step up from the previous civilization 1 and 2 games. This is a turn-based strategy game where you have to use your whits, skill, and a bit of luck. You are to build a conquering nation. You can be one of the many nations including England, Germany, France, Japan, China, Persia, Greece, Aztecs, Iroquis, Indians, Romans, Russians, Babylonia, and more. The game begins with a unit called "settler" you can build a city with a settler and from there you go on to build your nation. You can monitor your cities and total nation with many advisors and see how well you are doing compared to the other nations. Overall if you like strategy and or turn-based games this is a must for you to get.
