Wow kiss a good portion of your life away, this game is long.  and boy is it long in the best way possible.  but wait if you arent into a little drama and mushy stuff this game might not be for you.  i loved it, it set a perfect mood for one of the best RPG's in the history of mankind (yeah f*ck Final Fantasy 7) perhaps only eclipsed by the Zelda Series.

now onto the game

We find the main protaganist a younng blitzball player for the best team in the country the Zanarkand abes.  during a game a surprise attack by something calle Sin throws him 1000 years into the future.  here he meets yuna the summoner and her guardians Wakka another blitzball player (ironically for the worst team in the coutry the Besaid Aurochs who havent won a game in ten years) Lulu the gorgeous black mage who is one hell fo a cold b*tch (i still love her though :) ) and Kimahri the silent ronso wh is quick to defend Yuna at any cost.  later you meet the rest of the cast a Al Bhed thief named Rikku and Yuna's fathers ex guardian Auron.

as not to spoil the story yuna and tidus and the rest of the group eventually make their way on a pilgrimage to get aeons to conjure the final summon to defeat sin..  for a couple of years until it comes back (pointless isnt it) well thats the task get all the aeons to get the final summon...  right...  anyways twists occur and surprises ensue and yada yada..  whatever play the game and find out what happens

the gameplay is original and wonderful the new sphere grid is a nice addtion gone are the levels and experience points now you win spheres after defeating enemies and use them to move around the sh\phere grid which is like a giant game board and on this grid are more spheres that can raise your stats and teah you new moves.  truly and innovative game
