Here Comes the Pain is the best wrestling game out today (except for maybe Smackdown!  vs.  Raw).  What can be said about wrestling games? Well they are grapplers and you are needed to perform wrestling like moves obviously.  But there is move to it than that, there is such a wide variety of matches (ladder, elimination chamber, royal rumble, heel in a cell) that you will almost never get bored while playing with a friend or against a computer simulated opponent.  You have all you favorite WWE superstars again like Triple H, Undertaker, Kurt Angle, Shawn Michaels, Chris Benoit, The Rock, Chris Jericho, and of course Stone Cold.

The season mode is the best in the series and it will take your selected superstar for a journey through the WWE.  The "create a wrestler mode" has also never been better, as you can accurately create anyone you wish and have them look just as good as the in game models.  This is probably one the games biggest strong points but Here Comes the Pain has a few slip ups.  The music and sound is the games weak point, the music is very repetitive and can make you to go insane after listening to the same songs over and over again, while sound is not too good either since they took out the commentating from the previous game.

But in all this is a very fun game that will keep wrestling and non wrestling fans happy.
