Bloodrayne (PC version) is definitely better than its counterpart in the Xbox and Playstation 2.  Do not get me wrong there, the game is still the same in terms of story, move and etc.  However you must know that PC generally uses monitor, which has higher resolution and sharp image than regular television.  Thus, the graphic is better when you play in PC version, which is also much sharper. 
 
Bloodrayne is a game where you take control of agent Rayne.  She is dhampir, half vampire and half human.  She is the product of her human mother's rape by her vampire father.  Born with the power of a vampire , she was taken by the Brimstone society and trained to be an assasin.  Not just a regular assasin, mind you.  But an assasin that protects humankind from the supernatural monsters. 
 
The game takes place during the World Wars, where the Germans were trying to uncover an ancient power and use it for their beneficials.  Thus, it is our mission as Bloodrayne to assasinate the people in charge of this operation.  :D 
 
**Word of caution!** 
The stage one is quite lame if you ask me.  But, the stage 2 and 3 cover it all.  As a Dhampir, you have infrared views, matrix slow motion and 'zooming' eyes.  This game is definetly a MUST for people who loves to play assasin with sparkling bloody moves.  Cutting people off with her blades and shooting them from far away...  sneaking close to enemies in sound speedlike...  whatever your choice...  Have a killing spree fun!
