When Grand Theft Auto: Vice City hit shelves in october of 2002 it
re-introduced the world to a game where you could have free roam and do basicallly anything you could do in real life.
As compared to other games, you could pick up grand theft auto for about five minutes, kill some pedestrians go on a rampage or just drive around and have good satisfaction.
The Gameplay for this game is very good and the replay value is one of the highest I've ever seen. I myself am on my 15th time through the game. Some would say i have too much free time, others would say "that's it, im on my 20th!"
