The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask was the most controversial game in the greatest adventure franchise in history. It was controversial because it altered a plotline that had proven successful for each Zelda game in the past, however this alteration does not necessarily make it a bad game. In fact, it happens to be one of the better games in the series partially because it features such a unique story which ultimately breaths new life into an aging series. Ocarina of Time was the peak of the series, and as the sequel, Majora's Mask has some very large shoes to fill, but it does provide a fun and unique experience. The graphics are just as impressive as they were in Ocarina of Time however they are often more vivid and varied, the music and sound are simply inspiring, and the gameplay is as simple and intuitive (though also engaging and enjoyable) as it was in Ocarina of Time. This game, in my opinion, is the second best Zelda game in the series, in part because of its uniqueness.
