Over the years, Akira Toriyama and the crew have tried to make the best of Dragonball Z.  Well now there's no way an anime fan can say "What a waste of cash" or "I expected more from these guys.  What happened?" Now here's where DBZ will truly be commemorated: 11/17/2004 the release date of (drumroll please,) Dragonball Z Budokai 3!  Here are some listed featurs and ratings for the coolest Dragonball Z game to ever get the feeling of a DBZ episode:

Features in the all-new Dragonball Z Budokai 3 include a cast of Drgonball Z/GT characters, DBZ movie characters such as Broly (Don't get mad if you found out too soon b/c by now a lot of people already know that) and new tranformations such as Super Saiyan 4 (SS4) or Super Saiya-jin 4.  (SSJ4) Furthermore, new combat systems are added such as the new Saiyan Overdrive fighting system which has you linking chains of attacks for an ultimate combo to recreate the scene/episode as in the cartoon as well as what I call, the Ki Counterattack systems where two warriors duke it out with their beams (Such as Kamehameha) to see who's beam will succeed and hit and who's beam will fail resulting in a major health loss.  This time around, you are finally granted the ability to fly in mid-air, teleport with a suprise attack behind the enemy and this time, you get the kind of ki surrounding like in the cartoon when you charge or do certain attacks.

Finally, my opinions and a suggestion based on movie previews.
Gameplay:10/10 The engine is sweet since it actually links moves up more nicely.
Sound:?/10 I still have yet to hear it.
Graphics:10/10 The graphics are pretty sweet!  Especially when two beams such as Cell and Gohan's Kamehamehas.
Replay Value:10/10 You'll be enjoying this game as if it was the best thing in your life!
Overall Rating:100/100 Nothing in DBZ history can match up to the intensity of it all in DBZ Budokai 3.  I suggest that anyone reading my review buy it on the day of arrival or pre-order it it full b/c copies will be going out so fast that it's almost as if the sales people are full of action!
