Mario and the gang are back for some more more fun kart racing antics. Now it's twice the fun because you can have a friend play along with you on the same kart. One player drives while the other throws stuff and they can switch at any time. Gameplay is just as addictive as ever. Lots of the levels are still the same as previous games in the series except more beefed up than before. The tournaments can take awhile though because you can't save. If you want to beat the game you will have to race all 16 races straight and then do it again backwards in Mirror Mode. Hands down, if you own a Gamecube this is the only Kart game that should be on your must have list. I fully recommend this one to anybody looking for some addictive racing or solid multiplayer action. 5/5
