When i first put in my halo 2 limited edition disc i thought i would never again remove it from my xbox. The first 4 days i played between 12 and 18 hours a day. I finished the campain and played alot multiplayer. It was real slow finding a game in matchmaking, sometimes i waited for 5 minutes to enter a game.
THEN THE UPDATE CAME
I could find a game easily now. And the glitches in the game started overwhelming me. Getting kicked out of servers, killing people point blank with snipers, rockets not firing, grenades not flying until several seconds later,the scorpion tank is not solid and can fly!!!!, i could go on forever. The game was and is a disaster. The singleplayer is horrible. The first few mission are cool but you soon realise that..... It took bungie 5 months to finish the game... The didnt have the time(or permisson) to finish their game.
THE MATCHMAKING SYSTEM
is useless!!! Its not even at all even. We played a clanmatch once...We were:
6 players lvl 4
VS
8 players lvl 6
and i dont need to comment on this one right? But ill do it anyway... NOT FAIR!
And so much voicelag, gamelag, the whole team except you gets kicked out of the clanmatch, good luck. I, and A LOT of other people, HATE the matchmaking system.
IF THERE WAS
a normal optimatch, maybie, me and the horde of my friends who now play the not much better ghost recon 2, would still be playing halo. Because the multiplayer is real wonderful. I really like it. But bungie has declaired that no REAL optimatch will be added so i say thank you for reading, while i put halo 2 in back in the case for good.
