This game had many different views from different people; some loved it, some bashed it, some people (OPS2 Magazine) reviewed it without actually playing the game, and they bashed it.
Ignore them, and listen to the truth.
If you hate DBZ, you won't like the game, if you do like it, you will like the game. I could leave it at that, but that would be stupid. So now I will go into detail.
Graphically, the game looks the same as Budokai 2, which looked incredible itself (even better than TWW!) so that's all good. The sounds and voices are also the same as last time, but they needed work (Cell and Ii Shenron don't sound anything like they do on the TV) but we can forgive that.
The game play is completely different. The moves have all been changed, some added, some removed, and now with Hyper Mode, Dragon Rush and teleporting added, this game is totally unique; there isn't another like it, and the new formulas work perfectly.
Overall, major improvements have been made, but the minor problems (voices) still remain, but anyone can live with that surely...
