This is the best Super Nintendo game, and arguably the best game ever. It features classic Metroid gameplay we all have come to love. It was the first game to feature the now norm "2D Metroid graphics" (the style used in Fusion and Zero Mission). The gameplay is so much fun, the puzzles are challenging, and the story is amazing. The game is just addictive. I didn't get this game until about three years ago, but since then it has been a top-five in my favorite games. It has everything you could ask for in a Metroid game. The best feeling is getting to a previously unreachable area, and you do this plenty of times in Super Metroid. This is THE reason to find a Super Nintend right now. If you never played it you are missing something spectacular.
