I entered this half-term with a lot of work to do for my AS-level. So when I went to town on Monday, and bought WoW, I ah no idea how much of a mistake it was.
Wow is the most addictive game I have ever played. The first thing I look for when buying a game like this is the size of the world you are playing in. At first when I opened the world map I thought the world looked quite small, but then I realised I was viewing only a 20th of the map. In actual fact it is massive.
The actual gameplay is fantastic too. Your character is part of a hugely impressive world, where learning curve is right on the spot. Your character advances at a rate, that is neither too fast and easy, or slow and tedious, meaning you can be hooked to the screen for hours.
The quests, although similar in objective, are hugely varied in creatures met, and items gained, and are enhanced hugely by the fact you can club together with some other guys and work as a team, although this is not compulsory.
Only more play on the game can make up my mind on whether it is better than Gta SA, but as for the rest of my games YES.
