Hideo Kojima does it again with his next installment in the Metal Gear Solid series. You play as Snake (the whole game) as you are sent to Russia to retrieve a scientist who was taken to make weapons of war. It takes place during the Cold War so you can expect America to be a little skittish about the nuclear weapons. Konami made this game quite realistic because in order to survive in the jungles you have to eat crocs, birds, snakes, frogs and any animal you can get your hands on basically. There are a wide array of weapons to use from shotguns to rocket launchers. To stand up to the name "tactical espionage action" you get to change camo any time you want with face paint and clothing. There is camoflauge for snow, forest, tree bark and more. There are many hidden things to find throughout the game like new camoflauge, weapons and food. While progressing through the game you have to face enemies from something called the cobra unit. The battles range from machine gun brawls to half an hour sniper battles with 100 year olds. Overall this game is a must buy whether you are a MGS fan or new to the series, it's a great experience.
