Now I have to admit that the dialoge and the intro movie was probably the worst ever in a game but this is the very first game of it's kind and created a path for capcom. The graphics were pretty good for that time and the music was pretty creepy. You play either Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine as you try to escape the horrible mansion alive. Controls were pretty straight forward for a PSX game but they may be a little confusing for an RE beginner. Overall this is a wonderful game for the PSX but the only flaw is the voices and acting.
