Sadly these were the words floating in my head when I thought of while playing this almost pefect masterpiece. Before people start dising me, I am a Metriod fan.
First person shooters (FPS) are supposed to have simple controls. But not in this game. Look up, straight up by tapping a button?! Smart people should find the developers and hit them on the head with rolled up newspapers.
Play control is just as important as amazing graphics and sound. The rule of moving about with an analog control stick on console games should be universal.
But it's not when someone starts 'thinking' out of the box. Logic dictates that people that helped program the controls should have keeped that type of thinking inside the box.
True and loyal Metriod fans have sacraficed this game to the bargin bin.
Graphics 10/10
Sound 8/10
Control (flush twice)
Rent the game for the weekend and just shell out for the GBA Metriod titles.
