Metal gear Solid 3, in my opinion, is the best game of the series, and could definatley be the best game of the year. Sadly,it was over-shadowed by 2 sub par sequels, GTA San Andreas and Halo 2. MGS3 is definatley a big step in the franchise and answers most, if not all of the questions raised in the 2 previous games. The game is special in a way. It makes you love the characters and effects you emotionally. It feels like a movie and has an overall message in it. That message is- there is no good guys and bad guys in war, just sides with different opinions. If you pay enough attention, there are a few others. MGS3 has a bunch of features in the game and could keep you playing it for a long time. As well as hundreds of interesting easter eggs throughout the game. The games difficulty ranges from fairly easy to almost impossible. So it provides a good challenge. It has what any action fan could ask for. Lots of guns, lots of guys to shoot, etc. Theres just so much to this game. I really reccomend that you buy it.
