Metal Gear Solid 3. I've waiting for this for months. And, frankly, I'm disappionted. Graphics: Stellar. Effects: Unbelievable. Voices: Not very good. No, not very good at all.
Every time you turn on the Codec, it's some corny BS.
Excerpt:
Major Tom: Snake, we're preparing you for your first virtuous mission.
Snake: Virtual mission?
Major Tom: No, virtuous mission. We're sending to the Virgin Mountians, as part of the virtuous mission.
Snake: Virgin, eh? Nice name for a virtuous mission.
Those who know what virtuous and virgin mean will think that was the worst joke in the world. Anyway, gameplay is the same. Except, no radar! You know that little thing in the corner of the screen. Well, it is based in 1964, so I guess it's plausible. But when an enemy spots you, you have no idea where they are!
It's really annoying. The story is unbelievable, as is the music. Unfortunately, I was expecting a little from the people of Konami. Good game none the less. 8.7 out of 10.
