This game is a remake of the original NES version. It has a few new features, like different characters, and a few more stars (and many more things), but it's basically the same game. If you've played the original, you MIGHT not like this one. I've known many people who don't like this game because it has many things that "break" it, and the over-use of certain characters, and the lack of forcing you to use certain characters on certain levels. Now for me, these things just add to the fun of the game. It would have been nice to maybe make the characters a BIT more different, but they're pretty original as it is. Final say: good game. Maybe the best one for the DS as of yet. It'll keep you occupied for a few days/weeks.
