Playing GTA: Vice City was a relatively good experience. There were its good points and its boring points. Starting off with the plot, its easy to understand it the end of the game finishes in a smooth relaxed way...well not really, it is quite tense.
Controls in my opinion are good in fact! Even using the keyboard its easy for me, since I am accustomed to using a keyboard over a game pad. What would've been nice if you could control the camera while driving.
The sound is good, nice mixture of guns and ricochets and buzzing and good music. The 3d environmental audio is good too. Adds more realism.
The graphics is bland in some ways for a pc game, but keep in mind it is a port. There are improved textures though. Now almost ANY computer should be able to run this game. If it can't, go ahead and chuck a few rocks at it and beat with a big long stick on the count of...honestly, its abysmal and should replaced if your going to plan on playing any more recent games.
Moving on to closing comments this is a good game, even though if it is getting a tad old, its a good classic experince. 8 out of 10.
