I never really was a fan of racing simulations, but when I bought PGR 2, I was blown away. It is much more fun than it may look. Races involve collecting Kudos tokens, which are attained by doing stylish moves, eg. 360 turns, powerslides etc. The main one player game is the Kudos World Series, in which you race in cars of a certain series (eg. Sports Convertible, Classics, Compact Sports, etc.) before moving on to bigger better cars. The cars themselves are stunning and many, from Mini Coopers to Enzo Ferraris. So too, are the racetracks. From the streets of Florence to Sydney, Washington to Edinburgh, you won't be let down. As you are driving, you might be able to see certain landmarks from that city, if you're not engrossed in the race that is. The one player game will keep you busy for ages, but the real fun to be had is in the multiplayer. Full system link and Live support will keep you going for months, if not years, after you're finsihed the one player game. Without a doubt, PGR 2 is one of the best racing games ever made.
