Stubbs the Zombie: who wouldn't want to be the zombie for a change, eat people's brains, make your own army, can cause mayhem. The first time I saw this game, I knew that I would be getting it. Upon playing it I was mostly happy. The first few levels were pretty fun. But the game overall grew very repetitive and not in a good way. It was very short and nothing really new happened from level to level.
It was a really great idea but it seem like it wasn't executed as well as it could have been. The graphics were so-so the controls were a bit slow. I knew it was from the Halo engine so I expected a lot more, especially with the 3rd person shooting but I found it to be less smooth and hardly comparable. And I found no reason to want to replay it when I finished. If the controls were a little more responsive I, The shooting aspects a little more responsive, the vehicles a lot less annoying to use and pointless this couls have been great.
With a zombie game I expected hordes of enemies and allies, but the truth was your helpers were quickly disposed of and later on in the game you had to mostly hide and do stealth kills because the enemy could easily over power you. In the end I returned it to the store with a sad heart.
