If you liked Halo: CE, then you'll like this one as well. This game adds some new features like dual wielding, playing with an elite, fighting against new enemies, some new good weapons like the fuel rod gun and plasma sword, but the pistol is replaced, also new vehicles like the phantom are available now, you can even ride in a wraith tank... and so on. The main problem with this game is that it lacks a good storyline. Graphics are just as good, if not better then the first halo, and the Chief has a new and better look. The controls haven't changed since the first halo either.
