Tony has a release every year in October. In 2003, people got something new. Not Pro Skater, it was Underground. Now, the 2004 release is at a low price, and may please you.
One thing that must be said: This game is not for those who just want to skateboard in a virtual realm. (Unless you're buying for Classic Mode) Even after American Wasteland, this is definitely the hardest to say, this is pure skateboarding. Why? Because apparently, Neversoft got too carried away with the humor and lost some focus on the skateboarding. Some goals involve no form of skateboarding.
Of course, there is Classic Mode in which you can enjoy classic Pro Skater style gameplay with the timer, goals, et cetera.
This may sound opinion-oriented, though even if I didn't get what I wanted, it was still funny. Crude and funny.
