Those who have the Xbox should be pleased to know Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII is on it. Here's the review of Ubisoft Romania's (Makers of IL-2 on PC) air combat game exclusively for Microsoft's consoles.
These are some great graphics. The sprites for the airplanes are accurate and very well made. I was pleased.
Sound is nice with good music to go with it. Although, the Germans seem to only have a few of the statements they use to insult each other. Considering how often they use those one-liners, it gets repetitive to hear them insulting each other with the same old statements.
Gameplay is fun and active, even if there are only 12 missions to complete. They involve spots like France and Dunkirk and has a good control setup. Although, still, missions are a little standard. Overall, short, yet totally sweet gameplay.
