I played the first KOTOR for PC and loved it. There were zero bugs from what I remember. Unfortunatley, I can't say the same about the sequel. I almost gave up on it when my games weren't loading in the Peragus level. Progress stopped for good once I made it to the Telos secret academy. My companions' models were stuck in strange places and the would not communicate correctly when prompted. I checked the help sites and found many others had similar problems, especially with Xbox system.
Okay, enough fussing about the bugs. My second gripe is with the user interface. They had time to make some improvements on this release in the UI, like showing the detailed information of the equiped weapons to compare it quickly against unequiped ones.
My third gripe was the inability to call off the attack once one member of the party sees an enemy. True you can do that with making them anything other than aggresive, but what about a defensive or covert character combat mode. I never used stationary and didn't see the point in it as a catch-all. Berserk OR Frozen is not my ideal choice.
The strength of TSL (The Sith Lords) is that it has similar feel to the first one, which I loved. The combat system had not changed and the conversation screen shots were good too. I liked what I saw of the story and hope that the KOTOR development community succeeds in fixing this broken game.
