This is a solid game. Considering the history of this series though,I expected more.
One of the main things that separate this from Going Commando is the fact Up Your Arsenal is so limited. Not to give anything away, but you have a lot less to do in this installment. The reason I bring up Going Commando is for the simple reason its the best in the series by far. Up Your Arsenal surpasses GC in no way, wich is not what is expected from a subsequent intsallment of a truely great game. UPA is more of the same without the variety of gameplay that made Ratchet and Clank what it is today. This is the equivalent of a Ratchet main dish, with a very limited side dish, to put it another way. There are also a ton of bugs with this game. Falling through solid floors, enemies stuck in walls, enemies facing the wrong way and dont know your even around and many other unexcusable shortcommings. Theres also no good boss battles or cool suprises.
This is a very solid game, with the game play you would expect from the series. Dont expect any innovation or imagination though. Those factors seem to have been stripped from the series. Now its just the same weapons in the same but different battles. There are some funny moments in the the game as well. Wich is to be expected. All in all though this is not a must play game. If you want a must play game go buy Going Commando. It seems to embody a lot more variety and enthralling gameplay than this title.
