I live in the UK, but I was lucky enough to get my hands on a copy of this great ame early.
This game pushes the Xbox 360 to it's full. The single player is flawless. It has breathtaking graphics, intense gamplay and a cover system that you will never want to stop using. You also get the added effect: The Chainsaw. This weapon is attached to the end of your gun and when ou hold down B you will hear a delightful chainsaw noise ripping bodies to peices.
Now onto the multiplayer. The multiplayer is very addictive. It is not like G.R.A.W where everything is really tactical, yet it is not like the Call of Duty multiplayer where it is a relaxed and fun environment. Gears of War is somewhere in the middle. Some people may complain that only 8 people are allowed in a lobby, but the maps are a suitable size so that you can always have action wherever you go.
If you like shooting games that have style I would advise to get this game. It has everything a shooter needs and more. It is easy to get used to and it is probably the best game out on the Xbox 360 to this date
