Call of Duty 2 is a great game that is similar to Call of Duty. In the single player campaign you still get that sense of emotion while playing this game and it feels like you are a part of this war. The multi player is fun and with a big community and great mods as well. All in all, you should have this game if your a fan of the series and of FPS.
The single player campaign is well designed to give you a sense that you are apart of this war. Without the rush of trying to kill the Nazi's before they kill your comm rads should keep you playing for hours on end. The graphics from the explosions are great and it seems that the game still runs off the old COD engine with a little enhancement. You do not need the best PC to enjoy this game which is good because i know that I don't and i like that.
The multi player is very fun and it is fast paced. You have death match, team death match, capture the flag and search and destroy. All of these modes have excellent game play and replay value but it seems that I like to play everything except search and destroy. Every mode is good, depending on what you like it will be different to say what you like to play the most.
So whether this review covered everything or anything, CoD2 is a must have for people who were fans of the first and fans of FPS in general. It's a thrill when playing multi-player and as well as trying to shoot the Nazi's before they get you. The graphics are updated from the first and look well done. All in all i believe that you will get a lot out of this game and it is a must have in your collection.
