Extermination is a pretty good game. Yup, it's a mix between Resdient Evil and Syphon Filter, but it's a nice mix. Graphics are pretty sharp, character speech movement is off. But all in all right now I'm enjoying the game, it's keeping me interested and coming back for more. We have rating for it in about on videogamebuddy.com, check it out.
