Screams quality. I would give it a 10 if I liked racing games or if it had more interesting competition for multi-player. I did a few rounds with some of my pals and we might as well have been racing seperately...maybe we aren't any good, but we went through a few rounds, got board and then put Madden 2002 back in! Probably a great one player build up your garage game...I'll have to give that a shot and change my score to a 10 later.
