Evolutionary, but still worth the 10.  It's so good, that while playing Grand Theft Auto 3, I look at the train tracks and think, "I could grind that!  No, wait, I'm in a car..." 
I have spent about two hours playing on-line, and it is great!  Easy to set up, and totally fun.  If this is the trend, I may never buy another PC-based game, ever.
