This game seems identical to the previous incarnations of Dr.Mario, so if you own another version, there's really no reason to pick up this game.  If you don't own a previous version, knock the score up a point, because Dr.  Mario is a very addictive puzzle game which some have said is superior to even the mighty Tetris...
