Just wanted to give a European review of this wonderfull game..
This is one of the best fighters i have EVER played...!!
Even though i played the Tekken serie till death...it feels like going back to a slowmotion game after playing the "speedy" VF4...
- 50/60 Hz option !!
- Arcade mode : pick and play a character or you"re own created one.
- VS mode : pick and play a character or you"re own created one against one of you"re friend.
- Kumite : fight with you"re "created" character in a endless serie of battles for a better ranking and items (clothes, gadgets ..etc...).
- Training : learn/practice all commands for you"re "created" fighter (this mode is really great as you can really delve into a characters moves list)
- A.I. training : train you"re own "Pokemon" fighter, learn him all you"re playing tricks and throw him into the pits of Arcade/VS/Kumite...
- Character edit : change the looks and examine the status of you"re A.I. or "created" character (perfect for finding out in which part you/the A.I. s*ck....:P)
- Replay(er) : look at some replays you have been recording.
- Options : set time/energy of players/centre screen/controller setup...etc...
Graphics : 8 (i expected more of it maybe...?? but...animations are way better then compared to Tekken)
Sound : 8 (techno rock sounds ok to kick some butt on)
Gameplay : 10 (just perfect...and more..)
Presentation : 10 (slick U.I.)
Lasting appeal : 10 (more gameplay options/endless Kumite mode then you can imagine)
Overall : ....this game is a massive score of 10 worth....:)
